Instructions
Fetches rabies vaccination data directly from the ShelterLuv API
Formats the data for Cook County submission (tab-separated)
Optionally filter by date or limit the number of records
Download requires the configured auth key
Generate Report
Start Date (optional)
Only include vaccinations on or after this date.
End Date (optional)
Only include vaccinations on or before this date.
Supervising Vet(s)
Comma-separated names for multiple vets. Leave empty to include all vets.
Record Limit (optional)
Useful for testing. Leave blank to include all matching records.
Generate Report
Note:
Report data is held in memory for 5 minutes after generation and then discarded.
